She said on her Yahoo! 360° blog, which cannot be accessible now as Yahoo! stopped offering its blogging service in 2008, the collection would last almost a month, and then called for enthusiastic support from her friends.
Tet fell on February 17 that year, and, sadly, Thuy passed away almost 9 months later.

January 8, 2007| Tet of love Dear all, From today, January 8, until February 4, 2007, Thuy and Diem are hosting a donation program called “Tet of Love” in order to give presents to young patients of the Hospital of Oncology (and about ten presents for patients in the Hospital of Traumatology and Orthotics) on the occasion of Lunar New Year. I hope you will support my program. Even if you can contribute only a small amount of money, I am, at heart, appreciating your kindness a great deal. As a young patient, I clearly understand how sad it is when Tet is coming. I hope for your great assistance. |
