Bieber’s autobiography to hit local shelves

First his music, and now his book. The life story of Canadian teen star Justin Bieber will be made available to local music (and reading) fans this February as his first autobiography is due to hit shelves nationwide.

“Buoc toi dinh cao: Cau chuyen cua toi” (First step to Forever: My Story) which was available in American stores in 2010 was purchased by local Nha Nam Books publisher.

The book tells the incredible life journey of Justin, at first a 13-year-old Canadian boy who with a childhood of struggle, eventually achieving international stardom and how he was discovered on Youtube.

Born in 1994, Justin now has a huge fan base of millions from around the world and was voted the Richest Teen Star in 2011.

Bieber's debut single, "One Time", was released in 2009 and peaked in the top ten in Canada and charted in the top thirty in several international markets. His debut album, the seven-track EP My World, followed in November 2009, and was soon certified platinum in the United States.

He became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Vietnamese version of “First step to Forever: My Story” will have 240 pages and is divided into 7 parts that follow the Canadian teenager from his first steps in the music industry to his current star status. It unveils behind-the-scene stories, as well as the hard work and payoff of the teen pop star’s rapid success.

“First step to Forever: My Story” is expected to be available in local stores from February 20, 2012.
