Enhance your connection with your inner spirit in a tranquil, natural setting with guided meditation classes offered throughout your retreat at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay.

During the full moon and International Day of Yoga 2024, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam is offering a yoga and nature reconnection retreat for the first time, inviting guests to delve into a deeper level of yoga, meditation, mindfulness rituals, and wellness dining experiences.

All of them are aimed at nurturing the inner spirit and improve mental and emotional well-being.

Located on the pristine Ninh Van Bay, accessible only by speedboat, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is naturally a sanctuary of well-being where its 62 rustic villas are designed to harmonize with the lush jungle backdrop, offering breathtaking views of the ocean.

By using natural wood and sustainable material in design, each villa provides a tranquil space for inner reflection and an opportunity to immerse oneself in the beauty of the surroundings during the retreat.

Whether guests opt for the Beachfront Pool Villa or the Hilltop Pool Villa, they are immediately enveloped in a healing atmosphere where every detail is thoughtfully considered.

Joining the four-day retreat program from June 20 to 23, 2024, guests will be guided by Dorelal Singh, a distinguished yogic practitioner from India also serving as Six Senses Yoga Master.

With years of dedicated study, practice, and teaching in various forms of yoga and yogic philosophy, Singh brings a wealth of wisdom to the retreat.

Reconnect and Rejuvenate Retreat begins its journey with forest bathing and yoga sessions each morning.

Reconnect and Rejuvenate Retreat begins its journey with forest bathing and yoga sessions each morning.

The initial two days of the retreat are dedicated to guided meditation, yoga sessions, and rituals aimed at helping guests rejuvenate their inner strength and energy.

Subsequently, guests will participate in sound healing meditations, forest bathing, and breathwork sessions led by Anna Phan, a resident medical wellness expert.

These activities will allow guests to rediscover balance in their mind, body, and emotions, fostering a sense of peace as they continue their life journey.

A wellness retreat is not complete without a dedicated culinary experience focused on well-being.

On the day of arrival, guests will enjoy a group welcome dinner at The Farmhouse, where executive chef Timothy Goddard will showcase his expertise in crafting mouth-watering plant-based dishes from locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a truly sustainable farm-to-fork dining experience.

Additionally, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay produces and bottles its own high-quality drinking water, which remains free from contact with plastic after filtration.

Guests not only stay hydrated with this pure drinking water every day (a fundamental aspect of wellness and healing) but also indulge in nutritious breakfasts and detox lunches with a healthy twist, including plant-based options which make up 50 percent of the menu.

For those looking to enjoy some free time at the resort, there are several activities worth exploring, such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and rock climbing, among others.

Guests can choose between a Beach Pool Villa or a Hilltop Pool Villa for their three-night retreat, starting from $2,811 for single occupancy and $3,774 for double occupancy.
