Chairman of Vietnam's lawmaking National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue will pay an official visit to China from April 7 to 12, according to an announcement made by the legislature's external affairs commission on Thursday.
The visit will be made at the invitation of Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Zhao Leji.

Vietnam-China trade reached US$175.56 billion in 2022 and $171.9 billion last year.
Chinese investors channeled $4.47 billion into over 700 projects in Vietnam in 2023.
Currently, China ranks as Vietnam's fourth-largest investor in terms of registered capital and holds the top position in terms of the number of projects undertaken.
